1. Returns & Cancellations

Under Irish consumer law, consumers purchasing eligible products online have the right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days of receiving their goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please notify us by email within the 14-day cancellation period.

You must then return the products within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

2. Product Conditions

Customers may inspect products as they reasonably would in a physical shop.

Returned products should be carefully packaged and include all accessories supplied.

For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed products that are not suitable for return may be excluded from change-of-mind returns once unsealed after delivery.

This exception applies only where permitted by law and does not affect your rights regarding faulty or incorrectly supplied products.

Any reduction in the value of goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them may be deducted from the refund, where legally permitted.

3. How to Request a Return

Include your order number, the product you wish to return and your cancellation request.

Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send products back before receiving our return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

If a product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Beauty Revolution will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.

5. Refunds

Once a valid cancellation has been received, eligible refunds will include the product price and, where applicable, the original standard delivery charge.

We will issue refunds without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Additional delivery charges resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping option are not refundable where permitted by law.

6. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at buyyourlash@gmail.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where available.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
